I am a very dedicated and motivated nursing graduate, and I am excited to join a Registered Nurse Programme and help the healthcare community in Australia. I am a healthcare professional who pays attention and is focused, and I have experience of working in hospitals for 5 year as a ICU nurse. I have experience assessing patients, giving them medications, documentation and working in team with confidence. I also have completed my 800 placement in different fields where I gained confidence in every aspect of nursing field. I am proficient at working with other professionals to coordinate care and with patients and their families to provide compassionate, evidence-based nursing care. I want to become an excellent nurse in Australia, so I want to learn more and gain experience working for a leading healthcare organisation.

  • Liverpool Hospital (CB3B): 120 Hours General (01/07/2024 - 19/07/2024) It is a colorectal unit where most of the surgical cases are admitted. In this placement, I had the chance to learn about the assessment and management of surgical wounds, including monitoring for signs of infection, proper dressing techniques, and documentation.
  • Catholic Healthcare Holy Spirit Casula (APNA): 80 Hours General (09/09/2024 - 20/09/2024) During this placement, I had the opportunity to learn about personal care, medication administration, and the importance of building therapeutic relationships with elderly residents.
  • Canterbury Hospital (Grevillea Unit): 80 Hours, Complex Acute (18/11/2024 - 29/11/2024) This placement was in the Intensive Care Unit, where patients with serious illnesses were admitted. During this time, I gained hands-on experience in assessing and treating complex conditions, closely monitoring vital signs, operating BPAP and mechanical ventilation machines, and understanding the critical importance of prompt and accurate action.
  • Canterbury Hospital (Acacia Ward): 80 Hours General (02/12/2024 - 13/12/2024) This placement was in the General Ward, where patients with different medical and post-operative conditions were admitted. Throughout this period, I was able to support patient care, observe vital signs, provide medications, perform dressings, and engage in clear communication with both patients and the healthcare team.
  • St. George Hospital (Mental Health): 72 Hours, Mental Health (30/09/2024 - 11/10/2024) This placement took place in a mental health unit, where I had the chance to interact with patients facing a range of psychological conditions. Throughout this period, I gained insights into mental state assessments, therapeutic communication, de-escalation techniques, and the significance of a holistic and empathetic approach to care.
  • Bankstown Hospital (2F) 80 Hours General (03/31/2025 - 11/04/2025) My placement was in the paediatrics unit, where I acquired experience caring for infants, children, and adolescents facing a variety of health conditions. I improved my abilities in assessing and evaluating paediatric patients, delivering medications, and offering emotional support to children and their families.
  • Canterbury Hospital (Emergency Department): 80 Hours, Complex Acute (28/04/2025 - 09/05/2025) During my placement in the emergency department, I had the chance to assist with triaging patients, providing immediate care, and working alongside a multidisciplinary team to effectively manage critical situations.
  • Supervisor comment: I got very good feedback from my facilitators. I was noticed by the staff and received positive feedback from the placement team.
