• Managed trade procurement, scope development, tendering, and stakeholder coordination via ACONEX.
• Negotiated subcontractor costs to align with budget and scope requirements.
• Delivered monthly cost reports and PCG updates to senior management and stakeholders.
• Conducted site walks and project reviews with clients and quantity surveyors.

• Project : Promenade Stage 2 & 3 2 Morton Street Parramatta Project cost: $160 million. Project Description: The Project is a high-density residential development by Starryland Property Development Pty Ltd and forms the later development of stages 2 and 3 of the Promenade precinct.
