Projects

  • EY, Senior female leadership and overall female diversity hiring champion for AI and Data, Driving the KPI from as low as 22% where the target was to reach 30% by end of the financial year, across Manager, Senior manager and director ranks and was able to bring the percentage as close to 28% within a few months, was promoted within a span of 6 months, this was to recognise my exceptional efforts to drive key initiatives to reach operational goals for the team specially around female diversity.
  • EY, Neurodiverse hiring initiative, AI and Data was the first one to launch Neurodiverse hiring pilot program, I led this initiative from recruitment perspective liaising with a specialist organisation ensuring we provide the best candidate experience to our neurodiverse talent pool and have received immense applause and encouragement from our leadership team.
  • Accenture Australia Pvt Ltd, Employee referral program (ERP) lead for ANZ, I was able to achieve a target of 35% of referrals for experienced hires in a span of 6 months for ANZ, with ERP was instrumental in driving Gender diversity initiatives and was able to bring that up from 24% to 35% for the Market unit.
