Certificate of Merit Award: This award was given by the National Youths Service Corps (NYSC) Katsina State for meritorious and volunteered service to the people of Bindawa Local government community Katsina State during the 2009 Batch ‘B’ National Youths’ service Year. More than 300 hundred patients got their eyes examined. About 200 patients from the local community got reading glasses and correction glasses dispensed free of charge. Others got medications for the treatment of their minor Eye. problem. Funding for the project was by appeal fund and self-fund.
