I gained experience using and maintaining landscaping equipment such as mowers, whipper snippers, and hedge trimmers, ensuring safe and efficient operation.

I followed workplace health and safety procedures at all times and, for a period, independently ran a site, managing tasks, organising work, and maintaining high standards on my own. This role helped me build strong practical skills, work independently, and take responsibility for maintaining gardens and outdoor spaces to a professional standard.

As a receptionist, I was responsible for organising shelves and maintaining a tidy, well-presented showroom. I assisted customers with enquiries, helped them choose suitable products, and provided friendly, professional service. I also handled phone calls, processed payments, and managed general administrative tasks to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the store.
