I am currently employed at McDonalds and have been a part of the team for almost 4 years. My responsibilities include:

• Ensure Workplace Health and Safety standards are met.
• Provide excellent customer service by meeting quality food standards.
• Keep food preparation areas, equipment, and utensils clean and sanitary.
• Clean and maintain all areas of restaurant to promote clean image.
• Prepare products following restaurant, health, and safety standards and procedures.
• Collaborate with team members to complete orders.
• Train new team members on procedures, customer service, and food preparation.
• Assist other team members to achieve goals.
• Work well with team and accept coaching from management team.
• Replenish condiments, beverages, and supplies while maintaining cleanliness of service areas.
• Maintain effective supply levels by monitoring and reordering food stock and dry goods.
• Load food, dishes and utensils on carts and trays to transport from designated food preparation areas to designated tables.
• Ready customers' take-out orders in secure bags with appropriate amounts of condiments, silverware and napkins.
• Perform serving, cleaning and stocking to high standards and provided excellent customer satisfaction.
• Load dishwasher and thoroughly hand-washed dishes, pans and utensils to tidy up serving line.

I had the opportunity to undertake work experience with Adams Carpentry. I was able to assist with installing plasterboard to roof and walls, staining outdoor windows, and cleaning and sanding. I also helped to build a fence and gate for a porched area.
