1. Fabrics Sourcing

2. Fabric Follow up

3. Buying activities

4. Price Negotiation

5. Lab-Dip Color Approval,

6. Pre-Bulk Approval,

7. Quality control,

8. Defects analysis of the fabrics

• Ensuring approval of Shades, grouping of shades and interaction with the Marketing team And Garment Production Units.
• On-board potential and new suppliers to help them understand our standards/ requirements, procedures, and time calendar to make sure suppliers are able to meet our expectations throughout the development stage to Bulk Production.
• Ensure compliance with the home and foreign country government laws and customs regulations.
• Assisting on the development of new samples and product development.
• Controlling activities for dyeing, shade matching production follow up and quality controls of the fabrics.
• To carry out any other tasks assigned by the Management from time to time
• Travels to Far East and China for coordination with mills and vendors when required (usually 1 time per week in China and quarterly visit to mills in Vietnam)

• Handling clients' inquiries such as material sourcing, sample development, order follow-up, and quotation
• Monitoring production schedules from order placement to shipment, and proactively addressing risks and problems
• Occasional travel to Far East and China for coordination with mills and vendors
• Conducting data analysis and preparing sales reports for management.

• Studied product briefings from clients and communicated requirements to vendors
• Negotiated with vendors to meet client's requests.
