I have
From primary school all the way through high school, I was deeply involved in both netball and volleyball, participating actively in both sports and developing a strong connection with them. Netball, in particular, was something I had grown to love over the years, but due to some unfortunate incidents involving an injury to my hand, I had to come to terms with the fact that I could no longer play. While this was a difficult transition, my passion for staying active in sports didn’t waver. Rather than letting the setback hold me back, I shifted my focus to volleyball, a sport that shares some similarities with netball but allowed me to adapt and keep pursuing my love for team sports. Volleyball became not just a replacement but something I grew to enjoy immensely. I discovered a new level of dedication and excitement in the game, which has motivated me to continue playing beyond high school. This passion for volleyball has become a significant part of my life, and I look forward to carrying it with me into the future, where I hope to keep developing my skills and enjoying the camaraderie that comes with team sports.
