- Handling and addressing customer action requests, inquiries, and transactions (both at the Counter and through the Call Centre) with professionalism, accuracy, and efficiency in a fast-paced and sometimes challenging environment, This includes managing interactions with difficult customers or addressing demanding situations as needed.
