- Assisted in creating a procurement list for samples & tech data items, tracked sub-contractors to deliver samples and carried out weekly samples & tech data review onsite by liaising with consultant and architect.
- Assisted senior project engineer in revising scope of works for services subcontractors and checked specifications of building services related Mechanical, Electrical, Hydraulic & Fire.
- Assisted senior project engineer onsite to ensure building services works commenced according to programmed dates and subcontractors carried out their contractual obligations stated in their scope of works.
- Inspected existing conditions of building services within the hospital and assisted Senior Site Manager in diverting & isolating existing building services prior to demolition & construction works.
- Liaised with client onsite & communicated information on existing building services that was disrupted prior to works been undertaken within the hospital.
- Carried out QA on building services high level rough-in, fit-out and closed-out defects prior to commissioning of building.
- Performed on-site witness testing of building services and closed-out defects using Aconex Field Tool during commissioning and handover stage on 2 school projects.
- Assisted in facilitating Building Services Meeting with sub-contractors and took Minutes & issued minutes to sub-contractors.
- Liaised with client, consultant and architect during various stages of the project to ensure building services was installed accordingly.
- Carried out monthly safety (K3 inspections) inspections onsite in accordance with the sub-contractor SWMS to ensure works performed onsite was in accordance with the OH & S.
- Carried out induction onsite and inducted all subcontractors on site and prior to works been carried out by trades.
- Assisted Senior Site Manager with daily site inductions as well as simultaneously inspecting building services.
