  • Assumed leadership of the digital stream for the merger under PMO.
  • Delivered B2C and B2B digital platforms, including integration with SAP, Salesforce, infrastructure, WebMethods, Step, Adobe Analytics, payment systems, and master data.
  • Migrated all OfficeMax customers to the WINC digital platform (approximately $250M via this channel).
  • Migrated EDI customers from OfficeMax to WINC, including punch-out catalogs and document exchange (approximately $15M via this channel).
  • Partnered with PMO, C-level leadership, and heads of business functions to devise and roll out a change management plan for internal and external customers across Australia and New Zealand.
  • Decommissioned OfficeMax digital platforms and retired domain names.

  • Developed and managed a digital and eBusiness roadmap across 10 trading streams at WIS, optimising supply chain and standardising B2B implementations to drive sales growth.
  • Led and restructured the eBusiness team across Australia and New Zealand, including eBusiness Coordinators, Integration Consultants, Analysts, and Senior Web Designers, to better support the eBusiness strategy.
  • Streamlined B2B project rollouts, reducing delivery time from 3 months to 4 weeks, and migrated vendors and customers from EDI VANs to HTTPS, cutting transactional costs.
  • Oversaw the decommissioning of old web servers, and led the migration of web and punch-out users to new platforms, while enhancing document deployment plans for B2B projects.
