An integration and development expert with significant background in automation, especially within the Genesys CTI ecosystem. Adept with C# and Java, creating APIs or services to provide backend integration with clients existing applications and Genesys components. Having worked as a Product Owner for a short period of time, it was quickly apparent that, for me, more interest and pleasure is derived from the actual "doing" component as opposed to asking for something to be done.

Having worked as a consultant within Genesys for fourteen years, obtained an intimate understanding of the inner workings of many applications and how to integrate them to enhance clients' deployments.

Enjoy working with clients to deliver exceptional outcomes, from proof of concept through to production ready systems. A quick learner and happy to collaborate with teams to leverage existing knowledge and solutions.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Actively enjoy preparing detailed documentation as long as it is not documentation for documentation's sake.

I am keen to work and will dedicate myself to delivering an excellent outcome. Working remotely is now a pre-requisite for me as I have moved to Port Macquarie, NSW. As background to my recent departure from Cyara, it was simply having moved from a development role to that of product owner, I discovered I had a passion for the "doing" component versus asking others to do it. I wanted to try something different and am happy to have tried it. Roles were offered within Cyara but I decided that they were not the fit I was looking for and hence, after six months, resigned.
