  • Improved the payroll process at Chrysalis through a spreadsheet report and eliminated a complex interface software to saved 8 hours of admin work for every payroll fortnight.
  • Process improvement for daily revenue transfer journal at Mercure Newcastle Hotel to save 10-15 minutes on a daily basis.
  • Closely worked with managing director on strategic restructuring by establishing a separate structure, policies and procedures for Real Estate and investments for Mezzan Holding’s family investment office. Portfolios restructured and revived a holding company that had debt totalling close to $ 130million and negative net equity of USD 75m in 2010 to a debt free co with positive net equity, by year 2015.
  • Coordinated commercial real estate deals (buy and Sell) worth of total $ 250million between years 2014 to 2020 for Mezzan Holding Co. Notable among them were, Crickowell House, Cardiff UK. (Welsh Government’s Parliament), Genesys House, Surry, UK, The Port of Liverpool, UK.
  • Managed a $10 million budget for 100h Almond farming project at Western Cape, South Africa and saved around 4% on capex and operational spending while the project is on 70% completion as on 2020.
