• Manage head contract change management, including variations, claims, contract administration, and client negotiations, as a Senior Contract Administrator / Senior Quantity Surveyor.
• Successfully negotiate, finalise, and secure agreement on over $150 million in variations and claims with the client to date.
• Lead contract administration activities to identify, assess, and manage potential variations and contractual claims.
• Prepare and submit contractual notices in a timely manner, working collaboratively with project team members.
• Foster an open, transparent, and collaborative relationship with the client's team to minimise contractual disputes and achieve positive commercial outcomes.

Dubbo Regional Rail Facility

• Administered head contracts and subcontracts for the Dubbo Regional Rail Facility, with responsibility for claim management, change management, budget forecasting, payment management, and contract close-out.

EXPO 2020 is the first Expo to be held in the Middle East, Africa and South Asia with many reasons to be counted as one of the most important in exposition history.

• Provided pre and post contract cost consultancy services as client representative for iconic water feature packages worth over 500 Million.
• Studying architectural and engineering drawings together with specifications to estimate elemental cost/ total cost.
• Procurement of local and international sub-contract / specialist packages, tendering process, evaluation, negotiations and shortlist for management approvals.
• Reviewed and certified contractors' payment applications per contract conditions, ensuring compliance and accuracy in financial dealings.
• Managed changed and cost reporting as a client representative.
• Successfully managed Insurance claim worth over AED 100 million.

• Delivered pre- and post-contract cost consultancy services for the Bvlgari Hotel and Marina Village Development, including cost planning, procurement, post-contract cost and change management, and the negotiation and agreement of the final account with the contractor for a project valued at over AED 1.7 billion.
• Provided pre- and post-contract cost consultancy services for the Grading and Show Village package, including cost planning, procurement, tendering, post-contract cost management, and final account administration.
• Acted as the client's cost consultant for the Tilal Ghaf Hills development, delivering pre- and post-contract cost consultancy services while ensuring commercial outcomes aligned with the client's objectives.

Contributed to major projects during pre-contract stage: Jewel of the Creek mixed-use development, North Beach Development - five-star restaurant, Al Maktoum Hospital redevelopment, Sea View Club Hotel.

• Prepared cost estimates at various design stages, developed tender documents, analyzed tenders, and created tender analysis reports.

Major Projects Involved during Post Contract Stage: Matrix Tower, Dubai UAE, Project Consist of B+G+3P+34 stories residential tower (AED 210 Million).

• Preparation payment recommendation to the Contractor, preparation of monthly Cost Report, evaluating agreeing variations with the contractors and managing change management process.

Contributed to the delivery of major post-contract projects, including:

• Skycourts Residential Complex, Dubai – A mixed-use residential development comprising six towers (B+G+3P+21 storeys) with 2,836 residential apartments, valued at AED 1.5 billion.
• American School of Dubai – A campus development comprising five buildings (GF+2) with a total built-up area of 75,000 m², including MEP and landscaping works, valued at AED 490 million.

• Managed post-contract activities for factory complex project at Star Packaging PVT Ltd. (India) valued at US$ 7 million, which included GF+1 steel structure building covering 100,000 m2, training center, and water and sewer treatment plants.
• Contributed to project management and quantity surveying at Perigon Lanka Engineering Co. (PVT) Ltd, one of the largest firms in Sri Lanka's industry.
• Managed project budgets and forecasts for various construction projects.
• Collaborated with contractors to ensure accurate cost estimation and reporting.
• Reviewed bills of quantities for accuracy and completeness prior to submission.
