Dual role as Administration Officer in two separate departments
Human Resource Administration role:
- Onboarding workers by entering all data onto system and setting up their profiles and providing them with their uniform
- Keeping all existing staff (nearly four hundred) compliant to continue their work in community and hospitals by booking all outstanding training (Medication training, CPR, Manual handling etc.) and keeping all documents up to date (Working with children's, VISA's etc.)
- Sending out high volume of emails to clients and staff
- Supporting Recruitment Team with collecting documents and booking all practical training
- Organizing internal and external staff meetings online and face to face
- Reception duties - Greeting and helping staff and clients when attending office
- Experience with various online systems including outlook, Microsoft, SharePoint and allocations software
- Processing invoices for HCP clients
- Creating and sending folders for CHSP clients
- Developed and updated spreadsheets and databases to track, analyze, and report on performance data
- Developed strategies to streamline and improve office procedures
Allied Health Administration Role:
- Onboarding all new clients by entering all data onto system
- Sending out Service Agreements and Addendum's to new and exiting clients with high attention to detail
- Reserving Funds from both NDIS and Private clients
- Disputing schedule, service, and finance (invoice) queries from clients and Finance team
- Monitor diaries of six therapists with case load of 100+ clients
- Booking all first assessments and any ongoing appointments, ensuring there are no conflicts
- Overlooking Debtor report, outstanding hours and therapist teams KPI
