- Web crawling data from different biology websites and biological and medical online databases using Python
- Performed data standardisation and statistical data analysis over millions records of collected raw data using Python to support planning for the next step and to use in the model building
- Conducted research exploring current state of the art methods to build drugs target binding affinity models (DTBA)
- Implemented deep neural network based DTBA model and trained the model in PaperSpace cloud platform to predict the interaction between drugs and target proteins as the regression problem using Pytorch.

- Prepared technical documentation in details for all data architectures including data pipelines (ETL workflow), data integration, data use cases, data warehouse structures, data dictionary, etc
