Commenced my employment as a casual in 2018 and became a permanent employee in 2020.

I started my role as a team leader in Ambient in 2021 and transferred to TC (Temperature Control) in March 2024 to become familiar and gain an understanding of this area of the business to improve my chances of heading to the new Fresh-built (Eastern Creek) site in the coming years.

• Owned and operated five (5) Gloria Jeans Coffees franchise stores around Sydney. Revesby, Bankstown, Greystanes, Kellyville, and North Richmond.

This included day-to-day operation of the stores, including daily, weekly, and monthly reporting, hiring of team members, weekly payroll, and all mandatory requirements.

• Appraised inventory levels on frequent basis, ordering new merchandise to keep quantities well-stocked.
• Maximized efficiency and time management, planning and organizing sales representative routes within territory.
• Analyzed data from various sources including POS systems, customer feedback surveys. to identify areas of improvement in operational efficiency within the franchisee's business.
• Prepared staff work schedules and assigned team members to specific duties.

• Oversaw accounting processes and reporting for 16 stores, directly reporting to financial controller.
• Ensured profitable operations of company-owned pharmacies while adhering to established policies.
• Conducted weekly meetings with pharmacists and managers to align objectives and discuss priorities.
• Presented monthly results to the Board of Directors, emphasizing key operational performance metrics.
