Summary
Having recently deciding to finish FIFO work to be closer to my pregnant partner, I am looking to broaden my skills in the electrical and construction industry, and I feel that RJE offers the diversity and opportunities I am seeking. I enjoy being on the tools, and am hoping to expand my experience in more managerial roles as well. I found the challenges of working FIFO in remote Western Australia to be some off my most rewarding experiences on the job, and I would relish the opportunity to work on any of RJE's projects. I am a motivated and efficient tradesman, and look forward to growing my skillset in a new environment.

- FIFO work as a subcontractor to Telstra across remote WA in the Pilbara region
- I managed a small team of electricians/apprentices for the duration of the 8 month project which involved upgrading power supplies to Telstra Mobiles Huts from Port headland to Telfer
- Due to the remoteness of the work I would have to problem solve daily / make installation decisions on the go to ensure targets and customer satisfaction were met
- Performed civil works and new building fit out from start to finish on immerstat satelite station in Merredin as a leading hand
- My role consisted of interpreting schematics, installing cable tray, running cables, switchboard fit offs, UPS installation and delegation of tasks etc
- I have experience in mechanical electrical installations, working at the Karryinup shopping centre redevelopment, my role included wiring AHU's, wiring control panels, shop tenancy A/C control fit outs etc
- On call experience 24/7 to emergency power outages across Perth metro/regional areas
- Involved temporary generator connections to support Telstra mobile facilities whilst fault finding DC power systems to ensure connection was restored within strict time frames.
