ABOUT ME:

My name is Oliver Hajvaz, I am currently 15 years old. I go to St Bernard's College Essendon and I am in year 9. I strongly believe I am a perfect fit for "The Reject Shop" as I am a Hardworking person that uses my personal knowledge and skills to the best of my capabilities. I operate well both individually and in a team environment as I am always open to the idea of other people's approach towards different tasks. I am resourceful and a results-driven person with a passion for growth and efficiency to meet "The Reject Shop's" expectations and deadlines to due tasks. I am friendly and easy to get along with as-well as a good listener who can get tasks done in the time allocated.

My older brother "Luka Hajvaz" had worked at "The Reject Shop" both at the Highpoint location and the Moonee Ponds franchise as-well. He worked their as a part time job before getting a full time job. He has always encouraged me to work at "The Reject Shop" as he had nothing but great things to say, as-well as he said its a great team environment with great people around you.

MY HOBBIES:

I am extremely passionate for soccer, I have been playing for around 7-8 years as-well as being the captain for my team last year and this year. Being captain has taught me great leadership skills which I am able to use on and off the pitch.
