Summary

My name is Oliver Hunt and I am 18 years old. I have just completed my High School Certificate in 2023 at St Pius X College Chatswood. I studied English, Maths, Engineering, Drama, and PDHPE. I am a calm, easy-going and enthusiastic person who is able to stand up for myself when needed.

Studying drama and performing in front of peers, staff and strangers. I have developed the confidence to talk in front of people when needed.

I have had the privilege of volunteering and helping others at McQuoin Park Nursing home, ''The Dish" and in doing Peer support St Pius X College. This entailed supporting and encouraging the younger students in the school to become more self confident and their ability to make better choices in their lives.

I participated in the 'red dirt emersion', travelling to Bourke, to help the community and get a better understanding of Aboriginal heritage.

I have had my own lawn mowing business and I am currently employed in a Cafe restaurant. This has benefited me, by improving my communication and interpersonal skills. I am a motivated person who likes to take on new challenges.

I have experience of learning to prioritize and use time management skills at school and at work, which would benefit me in this position.

I have had experience in dealing with customers and clients, ensuring a professional, quality service and appropriately liaising with clients.

I feel that I have been using the Five ways of Leading in different areas throughout my life.

On November 15th 2023, I received my Responsible Services of Alcohol (RSA) Qualification.

In February 2024, I commenced a Leadership and Management course at TAFE NSW.

I have good verbal and written communication skills

I attained my Drivers License in 2023 and will be available to commence work in July 2024 for this position.
