Outside of dnata ramp skills, I was also accredited to on-train Qantas, Emirates and AirWorks specific material.
- At the beginning of 2023 I was chosen to spearhead the new Qantas 737 project, focussing on bleeding new staff through the program and developing them for a transition to the wide-body operation. In this role I was contributing to rostering, allocating and training of over 50 staff members.
- After the Qantas 737 project was disbanded I transferred to a Ramp Service Delivery Supervisor role, where I have contributed heavily to the operation since July of 2023.
