Oliver Reucassel

Working for the Department of Education at Annandale North Public School, Annandale Public school, and previously for Rozelle Public School. I am in charge of running the debating program. I work closely with students in a group and 1 on 1 basis to develop their communication skills, and ultimately become well rounded debaters.

• I am the public speaking coach and adjudicator for Annandale North Public School
• I have coached students on a 1-1 on basis through the stages of the Multicultural Perspectives, including reaching the regional final.
• Helped implemented stories and anecdotes into speeches to make information more entertaining.
• Increase communication skills of students

• I was a sales manager for Dealwala, in charge of running all the part time staff in the Sydney area.
• I was in charge of interviewing, training and setting up teams to do sales, all while closing high level sales myself
• I left off my own accord, due to shady upper management.

• Cultivated relationships with existing and potential donors to increase donations.
• Hit all my KPI's, made a senior fundraiser.
• My calls are now a part of the training manual for recent inductees.

• I worked as a personal sales representative for a real estate agent from the Agency on an interim basis.

• I worked in a bottle shop, managing the stock and upkeep of shelves, as well as providing excellent customer service.

• I referee soccer games, both at a club and National premier league level.

• I worked at the aftercare at Annandale North primary school, looking after kids ranging from age 5 to 12.
• Communicated with parents regarding child's behaviour, daily activities, and concerns.
• Supported children's emotional and social development by encouraging positive self-concepts and understanding of others.

• I was in a one-man team to ensure the smooth running and upkeep of the produce section while helping out customers.
