I believe I would be a great fit for the workplace due to my experience in several aspects which most young employees do not offer. I'm dedicated and hardworking and provide reliability and availability allowing for me to be depended on in attending shifts and I thrive as an independent worker and in a team environment I can adapt easily to help others to work to the fullest of their ability while completing my own set tasks.
In my time working at SWOT I completed several tasks beyond expectations of why I was hired. I worked in the Pro shop performing tasks such as; Cleaning, sweeping, vacuuming, organising venues, working in the canteen and providing customer service, working the register, providing tidiness to the complex, locking and unlocking all court gates and clubhouse with my own keys provided, organised payments for several things such as lessons, camps, purchases, etc. I also acted as a fill in tennis instructor and had given several lessons and holiday clinics to young individuals I managed myself. I also helped run organised events such as social tennis, competitions, etc. I consistently worked 3-4 days a week and and served over 100 customer weekly by myself with minimal to no error in my time working. I had built strong rapport with customers, leading to high customer satisfaction and numerous referrals to the courts and how pleased they were with my service.
