• St.Jude's C of E Primary School/ Maths Lead - Year 5 and 3 Class, 09/2023 - Present, Regent Rd, London, SE24 0EL, Working closely with the Head of School, I provided visionary leadership for the development and management of Mathematics across the school, focussing on tracking progress from each Key Stage through analysing data and writing reports, By identifying areas for improvement in alignment with the School Improvement Plan and national initiatives, I was able to implement Maths Mastery across KS2 as well as the Flashback 4 questions for raising attainment., Through termly leadership time I monitored, assessed, and developed the roles of Mathematics teaching across the school, focussing on the Early Year curriculum and ensuring the transition of skills across the next Key Stages., Since reviewing the key skills and knowledge progressions, and providing CPD, I have established common standards of practice, improving teaching and learning styles and have provided support and monitoring for new staff.
