OLIVIA DODD

In my most current job, I help locate products for customers, place orders, place holds, process transactions, keep the sales floor organized and well stocked, take phone calls from customers with queries. I believe I am the face of the company and must uphold company values, both in how I dress and how I interact with customers.

In this role, I welcomed guests, provided excellent customer service, took orders for food and drink, and delivered them, greeted customers, and provided menus. I cleaned dishes and kitchenware and answered any queries the customers had. This position gave me lots of hospitality knowledge and the skill to work in a fast-paced environment.
