I am currently the Health and Safety Representative for the Ronald McDonald house. I have been in this role for 2.5 years. I thrive on educating and supporting the organisation in all aspects of safety, this includes Psychosocial safety. I plan and implement safety updates in our weekly staff huddle. I am an integral part of the incident management team, in collaboration with senior management, we have recently created a new incident management matrix for staff to follow, this is to ensure the safety of staff and the families that reside at our accommodation facility.
