Opening and closing café duties e.g. Setting up café to businesses standard including food display, ensuring café is clean before opening and after closing, ensuring all required jobs are completed alongside beneficial jobs.
As the day continues, providing a tidy, clean, and stocked display. Restocking food in the food displays, as well as cleaning and returning equipment used throughout the day. Also providing stock to both what the barista requires, but what we require (boxes, bags, etc), and what the customers require (food, merchandise, etc).
Providing high quality customer service while interacting with customers.
Ensuring that the café is neat and clean, providing a pleasing atmosphere to customers.
Collaboratively worked alongside multiple crew members (front and back of house staff), acting as a team to provide a healthy work environment.
