As an assistant coach at southwest judo academy, I carried out many important duties.

• supporting the head coach: planned and ran training sessions, following the head coaches guidance and direction
• skill development: helping athletes improve Techniques and skills through drills, exercises and personalised coaching
• competition preparation: developed strategies and game plans and preparing athletes physically and mentally for competition
• Administration tasks: handling paperwork, Registering new students into the system, managing schedules and coordinating activities with other clubs
• Health and safety: ensuring that all training sessions are conducted safely, administering first aid when necessary

As front of house staff at Jamaica blue, my work involved a multitude of tasks to ensure a positive customer experience.

• customer service: greeting and interacting customers, answering questions that they may have about the menu
• order taking: entering Orders into the system, managing flow of orders
• serving food and drink: delivering food and beverages to customers in a timely and friendly manner
• cleaning: maintaining clean and organised tables, chairs and floor
