Within my job role as Childrens Service Coordinator i have completed may roles i have listed a few below:

• Complete compliance audits to all children services programs.
• Assist Children Services Manager with contractual compliance with all Children Services programs.
• Perform all administrative duties associated with the day to day operation for the Children Services department in a timely and competent manner.
• Plan and implement learning activities for the school children outside school hours with adequate supervision and quality care to enrich their learning development in line with “My Time Our Place” frameworks set by ACECAQ (Australian Children’s Education & Care Quality Authority)
• Answer courteously and efficiently to face to verbal and written inquiries from internal and external stakeholders.

Im currently working as a Governess at Wave Hill Station. This job includes managing a 5 year old boy in a school room. I set up lessons, teach lessons and support this child in the classroom. Outside school hours i assist the nanny with mentoring 2 younger children and collaborate with the school teacher by completing reports for the School of the Air program.

I was given an opportunity to become a Director here in the Northern Territory. I have always had the drive to learn and develop my skills to become one. Throughout the last 6 months i have:
