- 160 hours of individual out-patient psychotherapy with children, adults and adolescents
- Received weekly supervision under a clinical psychologist
- Utilised CBT, ACT, and DBT for a range of client presentations, 5-50 years old (anxiety, depression, relationship distress, body dysmorphia, emotional dysregulation, social and behavioural difficulties)
- Completed risk assessments for adults and adolescents experiencing emotional distress
