Supporting the Director of Human Resources in relation to complex case management, organisational development initiatives, change management and key projects. I am responsible for partnering and collaborating with St Peter’s College stakeholders to provide end to end Human Resources services.

  • Review Recruitment and Selection to meet long term and project needs
  • Support Line Managers with workforce planning to meet short- and long-term needs.
  • Support case management of workplace investigations in relation to code of conduct matters.
