During my time with ADF cadets i learned to be not only a good team leader but a good team listener and teacher. Teaching new ranks was hard as it involved me consistently demonstrating leadership qualities and showing proper understanding of each individual. Due to the importance of my ranking i was required to always attend training, events and teaching. Due to my exceptional demonstration towards this i was given the rank that i proudly honour today.
