Ollie Lees

I come from a farming background where I have worked since I was very young. We run around 15,000 merino sheep and grow winter cereals including wheat, barley and canola. I am capable of carrying out daily activities with large responsibilities in a very reliable manner. Whilst operating machinery I am very respectful and cautious with what I do as I have a general mechanical mind completing my certificate 2 in Automotive at TAFE. I am punctual with my work times as I would expect this as an employer. I am very willing to listen and learn whilst I try my hardest in all areas of my work. My time studying at the University of New England Armidale has given me the opportunity to work amongst others understanding and enjoying team environments.
