• Lane Construction, 01/2017, 12/2017, Utilities Construction Engineer, PURPLE LINE TRANSIT CONSTRUCTORS, MARYLAND USA, Purple Line Light Rail, Maryland Transport Authority, Construction of the 16.2 miles (26.1 km) light rail line (USD 5.6 billion). The project involved widening the existing carriageway, short tunnel, and overhead structures., Shola was the Utilities Engineer responsible for Area 4. Responsibilities included technical review, specifications review, constructability review, preparing detailed schedule, cost estimates for bid packages and coordinating underground and overhead utilities relocation. Generating materials and labor equipment list and site-specific work plans (SSWP). Coordinating utilities diversion and integration between Architecture, Structures, Mechanical and Electrical and Rail disciplines. Carried out the schedule and resource planning efforts by leveling the resources against schedule constraint. Performed risk identification, risk analysis and risk response planning and implemented those risk responses to exploit and enhance the opportunities. Planned preconstruction activities and prepared project execution plan and description for tender purpose. Prepared tender documents for consultant bidding.
