When I started as a worker, I was a novice worker. I did not have any skills. I used to clean and I used to stripping the formwork and when I stripping I was looking how it was build and from there I started to build my skills. Also, from there they started to teach me how to build the roofing and the columns and how to cut and how to do everything.

I start as a Carpenter lead hand and from there i started to improve my skills and there I started to learn how to read the drawing and I improved my skill of how to do the things by myself like to build a wall and building columns and framing for building roofing.

I start as a Carpenter and from there i started to improve more of my skills as carpenter and there I started to improve my reading of the drawing and I start to improved my skill of how to do the things by myself like to build a wall and building columns and framing for building roofing. There I start to learn how to build the stair.

Now I work as Carpenter and improve my skills as carpenter and there I started to improve my reading of the drawing and I start to improved my skill of how to do the things by myself like to build a wall and building columns and framing for building roofing and building the stairs and the basis of the headstock bridge and doing formwork for the STU on the top of the headstock of the bridge.
