  • Addressed 6 minor emergencies, including sprained ankles, bleeding, hyperthermia, etc, in compliance to the HLTAID011 First Aid protocols. As per the RLSSA guidelines, I would ensure hazards that contributed to the injury, such as glass and chemicals, were taken care off through through assessment of the area and disposing them using appropriate PPE. Additionally, to further enhance the safety of our clients, I would collect witness statements.
  • As a Swim School Coordinator, I regularly monitored 7 classes simultaneously on a daily basis to access student progress, technique and behaviour. I completed enrollment and organised schedules through our computerised system. By using data collected our customers, this resulted in me properly addressing any issues the parents/guardians had, such as weak relationship between the student and instructor.
  • As a Guest Experience Officer, I gained valuable experience managing customer-related issues and relations over 2 years. I would achieve this by organising sports hall bookings, aqua aerobics and gym fitness classes as per the customer's requirements, as well as updating membership.

  • Teaching 4 students who are currently undertaking Double Major Mathematics.
  • Helping students grasp fundamental concepts and gain insights into broader mathematical principles at play by encouraging meaningful discussions prior to tackling assigned questions. For example, when students are studying statistics, I provide them additional knowledge about how samples are collected, the marginal error present, and how we can use linear regression to understand the relationship of 2 variables.
  • To help students who found it difficult to stay on task or find time to complete their homework, I utilise OneNote to effectively organise learning materials, putting additional worked examples, questions, brainstorming and structured lessons into separate folders. I found that by employing this strategy instead of dumping a pile of worksheets to the student, they feel more motivated to learn and learn from their mistakes. This ensures a supportive, collaborative and interactive learning environment.
