Summary

I am a passionate Mental Health Practitioner and an Accredited mental Health Social Worker. I have qualifications, skills and experience in working with individuals with psychological distress irrespective of their position on the mental health spectrum. I am equally passionate about up-skilling service providers to provide trauma-focused, family-sensitive and person-centred intervention to mental health consumers. I currently work as a Family and Carer Program Coordinator in Southern NSW Local Health District. I am currently undertaking a doctoral research degree in health sciences. The research aims to improve service delivery to mental health consumers and their carers.
