My love for food has always been in my heart i cook and bake at home for my family and now its time i follow my dream being part of a family that makes people happy with food.
Between 2008 & 2016 i worked for Bidvest for services & QSR Delivering kitchen & food supplied dry , frozen & perishable products to nursing homes , hospitals, cafes ( coffeclub,muffinbreak,various restaurants ) & food manufacturers.
In my role i was a owner driver dealing with clients on a regular basis and handling perishable good at 1 to 5 degrees and frozen good at -25 degrees on a daily basis.
my job was labor intensive which kept me focus fit & determined.
Part of my day to day duties was to maintain the temperature of the products before and during delivery's where being made to ensure the highest quality for our clients.
My business was also accredited by NSW food authority for food transport & handling
In 2016 i sold that business and began my journy in civil transport purchasing my first truck and dog combination and began working for South32 coal transporting clean coal from the coal mine in wollongong to port kembla coal export terminal.
In 2017 i began working for a number of contractors on Sydney working on major government infrastructure which then allowed me to grow my fleet of trucks to 4 truck and dog combination .
From 2017 till this day we have worked and completed work on the m4 tunnel , m2 tunnel , m5 tunnel , metro sydney tunnel , m4/5 link & now the gateway project carting material in and out of the projects.
In my role i was the director managing 4 heavy vehicles with 4 drivers which i think was a high stressful environment with the safety of my employees and vehicles and others on the road on a day to day basis. Compliance was a huge part of my business as 95% of my work was for the NSW government safety of my drivers and others around us was paramount as the vehicles where each 57.5tonne loaded every day. in this role i learned alot about the way to run my business efficiently and successfully while keeping the day to day operations smooth and keeping my clients and the public satisfied.
In 2018 i began to downsize my fleet and now currently have one heavy vehicle which i drive myself
One of these positions was a kitchen hand at burger king westmead my duties where making food for customers quickly efficiently and safely
and I also worked at Micheal angelos Italian restaurant in carlingford court during the day i was kitchen hand assisting the head chef in preparing food for customers and doing prep work for the night making pastas & sauces fresh from scratch , preparing cuts of meats and seafood . By night i was the head pizza cook making pizzas for the restaurant and for the takeaway and delivery orders.
my role on this position dealing with customers handling money , my role also included making the dough ,prep all ingredients required for the night to make sure we ran smoothly and efficiently
i also worked at la porchettas in paramatta as a kitchen hand and a pizza cook
In this role i was a security guard /concierge personal.
my roles in this position static guard of pubs and clubs door man.
These roles i had extensive amount of patron interaction, dealing with hostile and drug and alcohol effected patron but also had the pleasure of dealing with patrons who where respectful and kind towards me.
One of my security roles i worked in was at 60 castlereagh st sydney which i basically assisted the building managers with the day to day runnings of the building and dealing and helping with high profile clients in the building requiring assistance.
i also worked security as a static guard for various westfield shopping centres such as parramatta & northrocks.
my last role in security was a guard at a building in pyrmont called M central which i also was playing the role of concierge
In this role i was a 1st year apprentice learning the electrical trade working on domestic housing and large residential apartment blocks
myself and my9 year old son dedicate multiple hours on a Sunday building and creating lego
i have been training wrestling, jujitsu and muay thai for over 6 years and now which has kept me disciplined , fit and level headed
such as fishing ,mountain bike riding ,exploring ,quad bike riding & enjoying the outdoors with my family
I love cooking baking and creating food that puts a smile on the faces of my loved ones and those around me
