- Choir Director, when there are joint-churches that would represent the region where I belong to the yearly conference called BIBLEMODE, a political arm of the Baptist Churches in the Philippines, I would direct the respective choir leaders how they would do their own choir members practicing the musical pieces chosen to be sang in said yearly occasion.
- As Pioneering Mission Pastor, I would do all the necessary responsibilities while no members yet. Janitorial, outreaching, Bible Teaching, Song Leading during worship time, Preaching, Evangelizing, reaching out campuses Elementary and High Schools and sometimes the Collegiate Years as well.
- After few months and years, discipleship is applied for individual, family or in small groups to strengthening their new faith. Then, slowly training them how to do the ministry inside the church during worship times and also doing kid ministries on different levels in different locations like in the villages (Barangays-Philippines management terminology for smaller community)
- After 4 years, I left church with more or less thirty families including some individuals to making it at around 50 faithful members.
- Total of more than 100 baptisms
