• Responsible for commercialising a research project called Berry Street Education Model (BSEM)
• Under my leadership, BSEM became the leading provider of trauma-informed programs in Australia
• Established a commercial education consultancy business start-up within a not-for-profit organisation
• Authored and executed strategy to grow income from $600K in July2017 to a nationally and internationally recognised program which generated $8 million in July2024, reaching over70,000 educators and3,500 schools including First Nations and special assistance schools
• Generated $2 million in Government grants by winning tenders to become a preferred supplier to South Australia, New South Wales and Queensland
• Drove international expansion of BSEM to Hong Kong, New Zealand, Ireland and England through strategic partnerships and direct outreach, bypassing traditional marketing avenues
• Led a team which raised the profile of BSEM, by developing strategic relationships with departments of education, independent schools and Catholic Education Diocese, influencing1000s principals across Australia

• Responsible for establishing a new vocational education centre, including the delivery of a new building, authoring and implementing the business plan and setting up partnerships with business networks and universities
• Leadership of30 staff delivering vocational courses to young people and adults which generated $600,000 in its first year
• Procured and implemented student progress tracking, HR, Finance & CRM software
• Oversaw daily operations across multiple departments, ensuring seamless coordination and efficient execution of tasks.

• Responsible for wellbeing, student recruitment, international students, counselling and careers advice
• Strategically repositioned student services to provide a stronger link with the curriculum, enhance the student experience and improve academic outcomes
• Established systems and pathways which enabled schools to exceed student recruitment targets by5%
• Successfully led college through ‘no notice’ Home Office immigration inspection, thus maintaining its right to recruit overseas students

• Company Overview: A medium tertiary provider which consortium consisting of a college,4 schools, an agricultural college: circa $60 million income,600 staff and5000 students
• Responsible for the9 vocational curriculum area,2,400 students, apprenticeships, adult learners, employer engagement and business development
• Boosted learner enrolment by5% and revenue by20% through strategic marketing and program enhancements
• Established student review process by implementing a new student management system
• Led initiatives that culminated in achieving a Grade1 inspection rating in engineering, catering, and childcare, reflecting exceptional educational standards

• Created a skills advisory service to develop innovative training solutions for employers
• Established an urban adult education center delivering literacy and numeracy courses
• Established operating plan covering the business development and marketing objectives of a9-campus vocational college

• Responsible for the $30 million budget and led all corporate services functions and financial strategy

• Reported to the Managing Director to establish an internal consultancy practice which transitioned Barclaycard from an organisation that used traditional marketing strategies to grow its business to one which used data-driven marketing strategies enhance customer acquisition
• This contributed to a $200 million improvement in profits.

• Created the infrastructure, procedures, protocols which enabled Sport England’s to become a distributor of $600 million Lottery funds
• Established a grant allocation process for community sports facilities, grass roots and Olympic sports
• This has contributed to the British Olympic Team remaining10 Olympic nations in the world.
