Since returning to Perth in 2020, I’ve worked in a range of roles, most recently as a Route Setter, Climbing Coach, and Front Desk Supervisor at Adrenaline Vault. Over the past few years, I’ve developed a strong foundation in both the technical and collaborative aspects of route setting, while gaining hands-on experience in coaching, safety, and customer service. I take pride in being a grounded, adaptable team player who brings consistency, creativity, and attention to detail to every set. I work well in diverse teams, enjoy fast-paced environments, and am always keen to contribute to shared challenges and ideas.
