I currently work at Suncorp as an Insurance Specialist servicing our customers Australia wide. After several years working in Townsville in the family business I thought it was time to try something new at Suncorp which is a choice I'm glad to have made. I pride myself on being punctual, quick to learn and extremely loyal. I have had extensive experience in face to face roles and I have developed a confidence and highly professional manner in handling customers. I have an eye for detail, and by nature I am a neat, methodical person. I believe I would be an asset to your company.

  • At Suncorp, I have used my prior experience dealing hands on with customers to enhanced customer satisfaction by being relatable, personable and showing a genuine care for their enquiries which I can tell is appreciated.
  • In this role I have learnt so much in regards to what customers want and how to solve problems not only efficiently but effectively, priding myself on being customer obsessed and making sure customers leave with their problems solved and the companies reputation in tact. Doing so has not only helped with customer experience but helped myself achieve personal goals and KPI's set by the company.
