I have previous hospitality experience working as a bartender at the Edinburgh Fringe and have recently worked as a bussie at the Espy since arriving in Australia. Working as a casual on the working holiday visa, responsibilities include:

  • Improved customer satisfaction by promptly delivering food orders to tables and maintaining communication with kitchen staff.
  • Maintained clean and organized dining areas, back of house areas,contributing to a pleasant atmosphere for patrons and staff.
  • Collaborated with the kitchen staff to ensure accuracy of orders, minimizing order errors and complaints.

  • Managed multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritizing duties effectively for maximum productivity. Using a radio to communicate with senior management and staff throughout the venue.

  • Liaising and communicating with heavy vehicles such as diggers and loaders to assist us within civil construction. Such as digging, backfilling trenches and foundations.

Responsibilities include:


  • Managed H&S for the head office by conducting Monthly and weekly inspections of grounds,systems and equipment and recommending necessary changes to our head office.
  • Managed multiple voids concurrently, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints - Main point of contact.
  • Assess energy efficiency of head office and properties and make improvements where needed, to improve the energy efficiency.
