Owen Hughes

While at JPC, I was involved in the community care program, which was a group consisting of students and teachers, that would create and participate in initiatives and fundraisers for both the school and the broader community. Which allowed for:

• Enhanced community engagement by organizing and leading outreach events.
• Boosted fundraising efforts, securing valuable donations through targeted campaigns.

In 2019, I joined the Australian Air Force Cadets (AAFC) and ascended to the rank of Sergeant over the course of 4 years of training. Whilst in the AAFC, it taught me a considerable amount, including:

• Enhanced team performance by implementing effective leadership and communication strategies.
• The ability to manage logistics and resources to optimize efficiency in daily operations and special events.
