Ever since I was a young girl, I have always been fascinated with the culinary arts. I believe my passion to be more than a casual interest as I always try experimenting with different ingredients, cooking methods, and preparations to find and invent new recipes. Because it is a major joy in my life, I have decided to turn my lifelong interest into a career and become a chef. I believe that as humans, we must try and experience every taste life offers, be it sweet or sour and what good way is there to experience the taste of life than food?
Kitchen equipment operation and maintenance
I am studying Certificate III in Commercial Cookery at Le Cordon Bleu in Brisbane. I just finished my Basic Cuisine Course on 29th March. I have strong knife skill. I know about how can I work properly in kitchen. Also, I am improving my kitchen knowledge and skills at school day by day. My off days are Tuesday, Wednesday, and Saturday. So, I can work allday on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Saturday.
