Ozan Koch

Throughout my experience as a labourer, I have worked in numerous environments such as construction sites, commercial buildings, and private residences. Many of the skills I have developed over my time as a labourer include:

• Loaded, unloaded, and moved material to and from storage and production areas.
• Improved worksite efficiency by maintaining clean and organized work areas.
• Contributed to successful completion of projects by following instructions from supervisors and adapting to changing priorities.
• Adapting to new environments everyday, learning how to be a part of a team and work autonomously.
• Taking initiative and enuring that I understand how a work-site functions as to not disrupt the normal flow of productivity.
• Being able to work long hours whilst maintaining physical and mental productivity.

My work as a delivery driver has taught me valuable interpersonal and organisational skills as I juggled deliveries with food preparation and till operation. These skills quickly translated into my ability to think on my feet and make judgement calls when needed.

My role as an all-round cafe staff introduced me to important skills I value immensely. These skills include interpersonal skills, quick thinking, multi tasking and customer service.

Being my first job, I had to overcome many obstacles to work efficiently and productively. Throughout my time at Sazon, I adapted to long hours from opening to closing hours, interpersonal skills, communication between waiters and kitchen staff, and customer service. These obstacles enabled me to develop life-long skills that I still actively use throughout my working life.
