  • Underwent a re-brand and company re-structure, including a new CEO. I spearheaded the re-brand from a sales perspective, which included the overhaul of sales team remuneration packages, recruitment strategies, training and staff engagements. This was labelled 'Sales Evolution'.
  • I was responsible for the Sales performance of the SME, Multi-site and C&I teams, comprising of 4 team leaders and approximately 30 sales staff, with a revenue target that ranged from $1.2 to $1.7 million dollars per month.
  • Fortnightly strategy sessions with the Sales Director, to provide updates on the sales strategies I have implemented, report on performance blockers and the solutions to overcome these.
  • Implement tactical campaigns, with the help our our analytics team, to drive performance - such as targeting certain states and distribution regions, with data that gives us the best opportunity to win.
  • Work closely with our metering providers - Powermetrics, Mondo and Yurika to ensure performance in this area is exceeding expectation and driving revenue.
  • Regular meetings with retail partners for feedback on their product performance and help them identify how they can win more business.
  • I was a key member of a 9 month project to select and implement a new CRM, eventually choosing Salesforce. This was a select group of 8 people, including the CEO, to drive sales and back-office efficiency, including selection processes, build briesf, testings, demo's to the wider team and roll out. I worked collaboratively with the project team as well as the Salesforce implementation partner, Skie Solutions. This project was named 'Zemblforce'.

  • I was involved in the implementation and operation of ‘Project S’ in July 2018 which was one of the biggest projects in Zembl history. It was a three-month project which generated $1.2 million dollars in revenue where Zembl were appointed by one of our SME retail partners to oversee the acquisition and retention of customers after it had bought out one of their competitors.

Interests

I am a sports fanatic, whether it be Gaelic football, soccer, rugby union, rugby league or tennis - I will watch it and talk about it. I have attended major sporting events all over the world like, amongst other events, the soccer World Cup in Germany in 2006, the Australian Open tennis men’s final in 2016 and the Rugby World Cup in Japan in 2019.
