• The development and subsequent execution of a business development strategy, resulting in acquisition of new customer schools.
• The management of relationships with existing schools, including management of quality delivery, issue management and securing program re-enrolments.
• The recruitment, leadership and development of HVCC based delivery staff including head teachers, qualified teachers, and coaching staff.
• The planning and execution of efficient program delivery across the region, resulting in effective utilisation of resources and staff.
• Contribution to business planning and strategy planning in order to execute against reform and growth agenda.
(i) Delivering of the SISA Programs to a variety of our customer primary schools where the Employer has a contractual arrangement to provide its services;
(ii) Managing the daily communication and relationship between the Employer and the customer school.
