Role As Drum Tutor:

• Teach students of all ages from entry level to advanced, focusing on the practical and theoretical aspects of the instrument.
• Plan, prepare and deliver music education to assist students with their own individual development and needs.
• Provide in depth written feedback to each individual student as well as step by step instructions to achieving certain goals.
• Annual reports are constructed for each individual students to create a positive and constructive environment.
• Responsible for recording attendance of students and communicating with coordinators about attendance.
• Seeking out advise from other Drum Tutors to improve teaching techniques and other information and resources.
• Patience, communication skills, organisation skills, motivational skills, flexibility, enthusiasm and teaching skills are highly valued during lessons and in the workplace.
• Regulating a fast moving workplace.
