I am a highly motivated and energetic fourth year Interior Architecture and Property Economic student at Queensland University of Technology. I thrive in a fasted paced working environment, in my current role I have acquired skills that enable me to work efficiently, demonstrated by my quick ability to adapt to industry processes and re-prioritise tasks with competing deadlines.
In my current position, I have gained exposure to various Interior Architecture skills such as studying current trends, learning national compliance codes, effective design techniques and much more. As for Property Economic skills I have acquired skills such as preparing past, current and future market/economic analysis', creating Discounted Cash Flows, property valuation skills and many more. From this, I have obtained a strong understanding of many aspects across both industry.
